Concierge Medicine and Wellness online services, including our HEALOW patient portal and HEALOW app, provide you with access to your medical information 24/7 — when you need it, when you have time. Our online services are convenient, private, and secure and allow you to do the following:

Request prescription refills*

View lab & other test results

View medical information (e.g., Medication List, Allergies, etc.)

Send non-urgent messages*

Request copies of medical records*

Manage account access for yourself, your children, or other dependents and family members

Make a payment*- (You may also click the link on our home page to take you directly to the payment page)

View billing statements*

**Requests and messages sent via the portal are answered during business hours only and may take up to 24 hours for a response. Since requests sent via the online portal may take time to complete, emergency inquiries needing immediate answers should not be submitted through this portal.
